Connecting Amazon in Veeqo

To set up your Amazon store in Veeqo, see this guide.

How does Amazon integration work?

  • Every 10 minutes, new orders will be download from Amazon to Veeqo. If pending orders are enabled for your channel, Amazon orders in the 'awaiting payment' status may take up to 15 minutes to pull in

  • When you ship an order in Veeqo, Amazon is updated with the details. This includes the fulfillment status and tracking numbers

  • Every 60 minutes, Veeqo checks for new listings in Amazon to be downloaded.

  • If inventory control is enabled, when stock levels change for a product in Veeqo, the changes will be pushed to Amazon immediately.

  • If you sell on international Amazon stores you'll need to add a separate store for each country, even if your international stores are connected to one Amazon Seller Account

  • When you ship an Amazon order in Veeqo it will update your store within 60 minutes.

Enabling Taxes from Amazon

IMPORTANT: We cannot provide you with tax information or tax advice, it is your responsibility to ensure any taxable income is correctly reported. If in doubt, you should seek independent professional advice. Figures in this guide are purely for the purpose of visualising the functionality within Veeqo and are not an accurate representation of the taxes you should apply to your orders.

You can set tax rates per product and country in Seller Central and Amazon will calculate your tax per invoice. To enable this:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Marketplace and ecommerce integrations

  3. Click on Amazon > edit and show advanced settings

  4. Turn on the setting which says "Enable Amazon VAT Calculation Service"

Veeqo will now pull the tax information per order.

Benefits of shipping your Amazon orders with Veeqo

Check out the following guides to see the benefits we offer for shipping your Amazon orders through Veeqo:

Estimated Delivery Time For Amazon Listings

By default Amazon sets products to be dispatched within 2 days, but it is possible in some listings for you to amend this in Amazon.

If your listings use a different value, then you can set this in Veeqo for your product in the details tab of the product. We are not able to pull this value from Amazon, so you will need to set it in Veeqo even if you have already done it Amazon.

if you do not set this figure in veeqo then the handling time will be reset to the 2-day default every time we send inventory updates for this listing

How to set Estimated Delivery Times for products sold on Amazon

  1. Head to the Inventory page and click into the Product you want to amend.

  2. Click Edit on the shipping details section of the product

  3. Enter your expected handling time in the text box provided under "Days to Ship (Estimated Delivery):"

  4. Click Save changes to confirm

FAQs

How often do you pull in product updates or changes?
We pull product updates every 60 minutes. If updates are not syncing then please ensure the following setting is enabled.

Screenshot 2023-03-30 at 12.25.45.png

You can do this by:

  1. Click into your Amazon Store

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Scroll to section 2 and you will see this setting

Do you pull historical orders?
Yes, we pull the last 60 days of orders by default. You can enable "pull historical orders" in channel settings to increase this to 90 days.

Do you pull cancelled order statuses?
When we import a new order and it doesn't exist in Veeqo yet, if the status is 'cancelled' we won't import it.

If the order already exists and status in Amazon is changed to 'cancelled', we change status in Veeqo to 'cancelled' as well. This avoid sellers fulfilling a cancelled order.

Do you pull refunds from Amazon?

At the moment it isn't possible to push any state of refunds to your Amazon store, you will need to perform this action on Amazon directly.

Do you pull cost prices from Amazon?
At the moment, we do not pull the cost prices through for Amazon

Do you pull in gift messages?
Yes we do, this will be against the line item notes on the order in Veeqo.

Do you pull custom order detail?
At the moment, we do not pull custom orders information from Amazon orders

Can I push a full or partial refund from Veeqo to Amazon?
At the moment it isn't possible to push any state of refunds to your Amazon store, you will need to perform this action on Amazon directly.

Why are my orders not pulling in?

To avoid discrepancies in fulfilment status, it is important that your listings were created in the correct category (FBA or FBM). If you have any listings which were created for FBA and then converted to FBM, you will need to remake these as FBM listings. Not doing so can result in orders not syncing, or pulling in using FBA listings.

Why can’t I see orders from all of my Marketplaces?

Each Marketplace will need to be integrated into Veeqo separately. Please see this guide on how to add your Amazon stores

Note: that for America’s Marketplaces (Ex: Amazon.com.mx and Amazon.ca ) you will only be able to fulfil from a warehouse based in the United States.
