Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) allows sellers to send stock to an Amazon warehouse to be fulfilled by Amazon when an order is made on your stores.
Setting up FBA in Veeqo
In order to set up your Amazon FBA store in Veeqo, see this guide.
Enabling multichannel fulfilment
You can sync orders to Veeqo from Shopify, Etsy, eBay and a range of other channels. Then send any order to FBA in one click through our Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) connection
Managing your Amazon FBA orders
When you have integrated your Amazon FBA account you'll be able to keep track of your new FBA orders in the same place as all of your other orders. They'll be displayed on the Orders page and can be easily filtered by pressing the Amazon FBA filter by following these steps:
Go to the Orders page
Click on the Filters button
Click on "store"
Select your FBA store
The orders can also be easily identified on the Orders page by the Amazon FBA logo in the store column
NOTE: You can create an Order View (pre-saved filters) so you can access your FBA orders with one click and not have to filter them each time
Order statuses will automatically update in Veeqo. Once the Amazon fulfillment centre has shipped your item the order will show the Shipped status in Veeqo. This will help you keep track of the status of the order!
Pulling inbound stock sent to Amazon FBA
Pulling inbound stock sent to Amazon FBA
You are now able to see inbound inventory for your Amazon FBA locations. Once inventory is received it will auto transfer from inbound to actual inventory at your FBA location.
To enable this setting, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings>Inventory
Scroll down to the "How stock is synced" section
Toggle on the "Download inventory quantity that is being transferred or incoming for FBA locations" so it goes blue. Inbound stock will come under the "In Transit" column in Veeqo product settings with a “+” sign.
Note: This option will enable this feature for every FBA Location within your Veeqo account.
Reporting
Reporting
Analyze your reports to see how your products are selling:
The Amazon FBA store will be included on all the standard Veeqo reports that are available on your account. It will appear as an additional store in the Store filter on your report. You'll then be able to see how well your products are performing on both FBA and FBM, which will help get a real sense of how well your business is performing.

FAQs
FAQs
Do orders sent to FBA count negatively towards the fair usage policy?
No, we do not include any orders sent to FBA in our calculation of Fair usage. For more information see our fair usage policy
Can we push stock to FBA?
No, due to the nature of Amazon FBA we pull the stock levels from Amazon.
How do kits work with FBA?
FBA do not support kits and bundles of multiple products that need to be assembled in the FBA warehouse. A workaround for this is to pre-bundle your kits before sending them to FBA and create a new product in Veeqo for the pre-bundled Items to keep track of your stock.
Do I need to keep my regular Amazon channel (FBM) in Veeqo after adding FBA?
Yes, your main Amazon channel needs to be kept integrated and active in Veeqo in order for FBA to sync. Even if you don’t use FBM, the FBA integration is dependent on the FBM channel. These are only separated in the UI to make it easier to differentiate between FBM and FBA listings and orders.
Can I pull historical orders for FBA?
Yes, Veeqo will automatically pull orders from the last 60 days when you integrate your Amazon FBA channel.
