The time taken for products to sync and push product updates from your store will vary depending on the channel.
If your products aren't syncing, the first thing you should check is how long it normally takes for a product to pull in. Use the table below to check this, for example, new listings on Shopify can take 30 minutes to pull in to Veeqo:

Common Errors
If you cannot find products in Veeqo, please follow the common issues listed below. If none of the below applies please contact support via our live chat service or by email on helpme@support.veeqo.com with the SKU code and screenshots of the product from your store to aid with the investigation.
Reauthorize the Channel
Products will not sync if your channel is inactive in Veeqo. Even if your channel shows "active", reauthorizing it using the steps below can help refresh a delayed sync:
Go to Settings.
Select Channels.
If the channel shows "inactive", click on the "..." next to Settings and "activate channel". If not, proceed to the next step.
Click on "Settings" next to the channel.
Click "Authorize Connection".
Follow the prompts to reauthorize the channel.
Wait 30 minutes to see if your listings pull into Veeqo.
Product Not Created in Veeqo
Products should create automatically when a new listing has pulled in. However, if a product has been deleted and is missing in the inventory page please follow these steps:
Select "Warehouse" in the top navigation bar.
Click on "Listings".
Type in the SKU.
Check that the listing has been pulled through from the channel, if the listing is unlinked then please press the plus button on the side, this will create the product in Veeqo.
Product details not updating
If you have updated your products on your channel and the changes are not pushing over to Veeqo, this may be due to the product updates option disabled in your channel settings. Please see the following steps to get this setting enabled:
Go to Settings.
Click on Channels.
Select the "..." next to the channel affected.
Click ‘Edit’.
Tick ‘Show Advanced Settings’.
Scroll down to ‘How Products are Synced’.
Enable ‘When a product is updated on my store, sync the changes to my Veeqo products?’.
