Troubleshoot Products not Syncing

This article will provide common reasons why your products are not syncing and missing from Veeqo

The time taken for products to sync and push product updates from your store will vary depending on the channel.

Note: We will not pull listings from your NOTHS store

Common Errors

If you cannot find products in Veeqo, please follow the common issues listed below. If none of the below applies please contact support via our live chat service or by email on helpme@support.veeqo.com with the SKU code and screenshots of the product from your store to aid with the investigation.


The relevant channel needs to be active in Veeqo

Products will not sync if your channel is inactive in Veeqo. To ensure that your channel is active please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select ‘Marketplace & Ecommerce Integrations’

  3. On the left hand side you will see whether your store is Active or Inactive under ‘Status’

If you store appears to be ‘Inactive’ please go through the following steps:

  1. Select the Inactive store

  2. Click ‘Authorize Connection’

  3. After that, select the toggle on the side to activate the store

Missing Products on Veeqo

If your product is missing in the inventory page please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Listings Page (The option under Inventory in the Main Menu)

  2. Type in the SKU

  3. Check that the listing has been pulled through from the store, if the listing is unlinked then please press the plus button on the side, this will create the product in Veeqo

Product details not updating

If you have updated your products on your store and the changes are not pushing over to Veeqo, this is due to the product updates option disabled in your channel settings. Please see the following steps to get this setting enabled:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Marketplace & Ecommerce Integrations

  3. Click ‘Edit’

  4. Tick ‘Show Advanced Settings’

  5. Scroll down to ‘How Products are Synced’

  6. Enable ‘When a product is updated on my store, sync the changes to my Veeqo products?’

Note:

  • You cannot edit the product details in Veeqo when this option is turned on, the information will revert back to what you have on your store. Please see this guide for more details

  • We can pull product updates from all stores apart from NOTHS
