Welcome to Veeqo!
By now, you've made a Veeqo account and want to know the best way to get started. If you haven't, you can check out this guide to view your options for signing up. Below, we've outlined the key steps to get the most out of Veeqo in the first few weeks.
Before You Start
Before you start, we recommend that you:
Download and install the latest version of Google Chrome. Veeqo is optimised to be used with Google Chrome.
Allow pop-ups in browser. You will need to allow pop-ups and redirects in order for us to display your labels and printing templates as we will redirect you to a PDF. If you do not have pop-ups allowed in your browser, you may see this error message:
Once you have done the above, please follow the checklist below:

5. Delete Demo Data

When you get started you will see a set of demo orders using the naming convention #Demo-X (where X is 1-5) to show how orders work in Veeqo.
IMPORTANT: Demo orders will all begin with "DEMO" in the order number. If you see any orders in your account which you do not recognise, contact the Support team
Buying a label for a demo order will not cause a charge against your account as the label produced is not a real label. These orders can be easily managed and deleted by following these steps:
Head to Settings.
Select Channels.
Click the "..." next to settings on the Phone channel.
Click "archive channel".
Select the checkmark next to "Hide all channel entities? This will remove all demo products and orders associated to the channel".
Click on CONFIRM.
NOTE: If you want to create orders directly in Veeqo in the future, you will need to create a new phone store by clicking here and selecting the store type "direct".
IMPORTANT: if you archive the channel and don't opt to "hide all entities" you will need to contact Support to remove the channel data.
