What is Veeqo Credits?
Veeqo Credits is our shipping rewards program, helping sellers save even more on their shipping costs.
During your first two months you will earn 5% in Veeqo Credits on all of your eligible label purchases and after that you can will earn up to 5% depending on your chosen carrier, ship method and order type.
You can always see the amount of Veeqo Credits that will be earned before purchasing a label.
Earning Veeqo Credits
By following our Shipping Your First Order guide and ship using an eligible Veeqo pre-negotiated rate with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL , you’ll earn your Veeqo Credits on any single or bulk label purchase.

Viewing and Redeeming Veeqo Credits
You can view your Veeqo Credits Balance on the Billing and Invoices settings under Billing Details.
Veeqo Credits are automatically redeemed against your Veeqo Account Balance at the next charging cycle.
This will be either of the following options, whichever comes first:
If your Account Balance reaches your Credit Limit (e.g. $100) also known as “forced charging”
At the next regular charging cycle (e.g. weekly)
The amount charged at the next charging cycle will be your Account Balance minus your Veeqo Credits Balance to a minimum of zero.
Note: If your Veeqo Credits Balance exceeds your Account Balance such that the charge would be less than zero (an unlikely situation) then any remaining Veeqo Credits will remain in your Veeqo Credits Balance and we will attempt to redeem them at the next charging cycle.

Can I earn Veeqo Credits for shipments from all carriers?
At launch credits are available for all carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL.
Can I earn Veeqo Credits for orders from different channels?
Yes, Veeqo Credits are earned for shipments purchased for Amazon orders and orders from other channels.
What countries are Veeqo Credits available in?
Veeqo Credits are available in the US. They are not available in the UK or other marketplaces.
How much credit can I earn?
You can earn up to 5% on the base rate of eligible shipments. The % credit earned may be different for different shipping services and will be updated from time to time. The base rate excludes any additional services (e.g. signature required, insurance) and any discounts. You’ll see how much credit you will earn before choosing your shipping service.
How are Veeqo Credits redeemed?
Veeqo Credits are automatically redeemed against your Veeqo Account Balance the next time you get charged (either weekly or when you reach your Account Credit Limit). We’ll redeem as many Veeqo Credits as possible to an Account Balance of zero, and keep any remaining Veeqo Credit Balance for the next time you get charged.
What happens if I cancel a shipment I previously earned Veeqo Credits for?
When Veeqo receives confirmation of a cancelled shipment from Amazon Buy Shipping we will refund the shipment and remove the associated amount of credit from your Veeqo Credit Balance. If your Veeqo Credit Balance falls below zero we will add a charge the next time you get charged (either weekly or when you reach your Account Credit Limit).
Where can I see my Veeqo Credit Balance?
You can see your balance at the top of the orders screen in the Veeqo web app, or by going to Settings > Billing & Transactions and viewing the Veeqo Credits section.
Veeqo Credits aren't appearing in my account - what should I do?
If Veeqo Credits aren't appearing as expected, refresh your page. If this doesn't fix your issue, please reach out to us.
My Veeqo Credit balance keeps resetting to zero, where have my credits gone?
We want you to benefit from Veeqo Credits as quickly as possibly, so any Veeqo Credits you earn are redeemed against your Account Balance straight away -- every time your card is charged.
Your card is charged either weekly or when you reach your Account Credit Limit – whichever comes first. Your Veeqo Credit Balance will then reset to zero when they are redeemed.
For some Sellers that ship larger quantities of labels more frequently, this may mean that you could reach your Veeqo Credit Limit at first purchase, and your Veeqo Credit balance would get redeemed and set to zero immediately.
But rest assured your Veeqo Credit will still be accounted for: For example, if your Account Credit Limit is $100 and you buy $100 worth of labels, we'll charge you $95 ($100 minus the ~$5 credit you've earned), and you can check this amount on your credit card statement.
Where can I see all my Veeqo Credit transactions?
At launch you can see your Veeqo Credit balance but not each transaction. We are working on a downloadable report of Veeqo Credit transactions which will be available soon after launch.
Do I earn Veeqo Credits on orders I send through FBA or MCF?
No. The Veeqo Credits are only earned on labels purchased through Veeqo.
How many Credits will I earn after the promotional period?
Once the 60 day promotion period has ended, sellers will earn up to 5% depending on the ship method chosen. Sellers will be able to see exactly how many credits they'll earn on every ship method as they rate shop. Over 20% of our shipping services will receive the maximum 5%.
Is there a limit to the number of Veeqo Credits I can earn?
The sky’s the limit! We don’t put a cap on the number of Veeqo Credits a seller can earn.
Why does Veeqo offer Veeqo Credits? You’re already saving me money by being free! It sounds too good to be true.
Veeqo benefits from referring sellers to shipping carriers. Veeqo passes this benefit back to our sellers in the form of giving sellers Veeqo for free and Veeqo Credits. It’s all part of our mission to help sellers, like you, stay a step ahead.
How is the amount of Veeqo Credits I earn calculated?
During the promotional period, you’ll receive a flat 5% back on eligible shipments. After this period, the amount will depend on the ship method you choose. The faster and more reliable the ship method, the more Veeqo Credits you’ll earn. You’ll be able to see exactly how many Veeqo Credits you’ll earn as you rate shop.
Is there a minimum value of Veeqo Credits that can be redeemed?
We will automatically redeem anything over $0.01 in Veeqo Credits off your next bill.
