Top tips for support interactions

  1. When you come in to support, fill in the ticket with as much detail as possible. Giving our agents all of the information they need upfront should help to speed up the resolution time for your query.

  2. Please make time when you are raising an issue with support. The agent is likely to need you around to answer any questions they have about the issue you’re facing.

  3. Try to provide screenshots or recordings of what you are experiencing. This is the best way for us to quickly understand what you’re experiencing.

  4. It may help for you to provide details of the outcome you expected and the steps you took to get to this point. This will help us to understand the context of the issue.

  5. Try to follow the bot flow which is most relevant to your query. This may take a few extra steps to get to a support agent but it will provide us with necessary information to complete our investigation and will help us to make our services better over time.
