Set up your Picking Preferences
The first time you go to pick, you’ll be shown our Picking Onboarding Wizard. First you'll need to choose if you want to Pick With Your Mobile Device or Printed Paper. These options will suit different sellers with different workflows.
To use the picking on boarding wizard, follow these steps:
Tick the check box to the left of the orders you would like to add to your batch.
Click Actions > Pick.
If the order is already marked as picked or partially picked you will get a pop- up letting you know that this will not be added to the batch. Click exclude orders and continue.
If you have used this feature before you will be given the option to pick with saved preferences. If not, you will need to set up your preferences

Picking Totes
For both paper and digital picking, you can choose between multi-tote and single tote picking:
Single totes: all items will be picked to one container. This is best for single line item orders.
Multi-totes: one container will be assigned to a single order. This is best for multi-line item orders.
NOTE: Setting picking totes up is an optional part of setting up your pick list and isn’t required to use mobile device picking.
If you’ve opted to enable picking totes, the wizard will also ask you how many picking totes you’d like to use. You can then print labels to assign to your totes.
TIP: Laminate the tote labels and stick them to your totes so they can be re-used!
Editing Picking Preferences
You can edit your Picking preferences at any time:
Select an order.
Click "actions" and Pick".
The picking modal will open. Click "reset preferences" at the bottom.
You can now adjust your settings by going through the Picking Onboarding Wizard again.
NOTE: Adjusting the number of orders per picking group will un-assign all totes from any open batches.
