Note: The Two Factor Authentication feature isn't currently supported on the Veeqo iOS mobile app. If you would like to disable this so that you can start using the mobile app, you will need to head to Users, where you can then edit and disable the two factor authentication feature.

Getting started

Once you've downloaded the Veeqo for iOS app successfully from the App Store, and it's open and ready to go, you can either 'Log in' or 'Create an account.' 

1. Log in

If you're an existing user, go ahead and log in to your account with your usual details. You'll then be shown all your orders and products connected to your stores.

If you've forgotten the password for your account, don't worry you can request a link to reset your password on the 'Log in' screen.

2. Create an account

If you've never used Veeqo before, you can create a brand new account straight from your iPhone and start a free 30 day trial.

On the first screen, you'll be asked for your full name, company, email address and to create a password (with more than 4 characters).

The next screen, asks for your 'Currency' and 'Location,' which will be auto detected and pre-filled by the location settings in your iPhone. You're also asked to provide a telephone number and select the number of users in your business and roughly what your annual revenue is from the drop-downs.

 

If you're a first time user, you'll be shown a tour of the features of Veeqo for iOS. Using the tab bar menu at the bottom of the screen, you'll see:

  • A pre filled full dashboard.

  • Two test orders to view. You can also add notes and view the customer information.

  • Two test products to view. You can then update the stock quantities.

When you're ready to import your own orders and products, just sign into Veeqo on a desktop computer and add your stores. Once signed in:

  • Select the 'Settings' icon in the bottom left corner

  • Then select 'Marketplace and e-commerce integrations'

You can then use the 'New Store' button to select the type of store you want to add and then choose the settings you'd like to use. Once your orders and products have completely downloaded, they'll appear on your iOS app.

 

What are the features for Veeqo for iOS?

  • Look up products by scanning barcodes with your iPhone's camera.

  • Search all your products by name/SKU.

  • View products based on whether they’re in stock.

  • See which stores your products are selling on, their price and current stock quantity. As well as how many are already allocated to orders and what’s available to sell.

  • Update products stock levels straight away across all of your stores.

  • View orders and customers details.

  • See sales for today and yesterday on the move, including the gross profit and margin.

Inventory on the iOS App

The iOS Veeqo app allows you to view and edit all of your products right from your phone.

  • Search for a product via their name, SKU or barcode

  • Find product information by scanning its barcode

  • See which warehouse your product is in and the stock level

  • Have a complete view of all of the channel-specific products are on and its pricing

Select any product or scan in the bar code by hitting the scan button at the bottom of the screen, to bring up more details on that product. From here you will be able to

  • View your product pictures

  • Find there stock level, number of variants, price and SKU

  • View all connected stores and the product pricing on each

  • View different warehouses your product and its variants are in

  • Adjust stock levels straight from your phone

Select product at the bottom of the screen and you will be taken to this page

Update stock

From this page, you will be able to quickly and easily update your stock level. Any changes made on the app will be reflected everywhere.

Orders on the iOS App

Have a full view of all of your orders, and filter them based on shipping status. Save time by creating new orders straight from your phone.

To see your orders select the orders button at the bottom of the screen, you will then see the screen below.

Click into an order to see a more detailed breakdown, and internal and customer notes.

Create a new order

Have more control on the go by creating orders straight from your phone.

Heres how to create a new order

  • Hit the big blue plus symbol at the bottom of the orders page and you will be taken to the new order screen below.

  • Select add product to your order. On this page you can add your product and variants from the list, or search for them through the search bar, you will also have the option to select a tag to allocate the urgency of the order. After selecting your product and hitting add you will be able to fill out the rest of your customer's information.

  • Once you are happy with your order hit create and it will be added to your orders list.


Sales Dashboard on the iOS App

The sales dashboard on your IOS app gives you an up to date view of all the sales your business has made over the past 2 days.

Using the 'More info' icon in the top right of the screen, you'll be able to view your basic account information and this is where you can 'Sign out' from your account.
