SellerCloud Overview

Use this guide to assess if our SellerCloud integration is right for you

How Does the Integration Work?

  • Every 10 minutes, new orders (orders with status InProcess) will be downloaded from SellerCloud to Veeqo.

  • When you ship an order in Veeqo, SellerCloud is updated with the details such as the fulfilment status and tracking numbers. This will only work if you purchase a label, NOT if you mark the order as shipped with "Other".

  • Shipped status and tracking details will be updated on SellerCloud within 10 minutes. Fulfilment data is only sent back once the order in Veeqo is fully shipped.

  • Status of any orders shipped on SellerCloud directly will sync and update the Veeqo Order within 10 minutes.

  • Every 60 minutes, Veeqo checks for new products in SellerCloud to be downloaded.

  • When SellerCloud is set up an Amazon channel and a generic SellerCloud channel are created in Veeqo.

NOTE: when you add SellerCloud to Veeqo, stock will not pull in from your store. If you want to track stock in Veeqo, you will need to import it manually via CSV or from another channel.

Channel Settings

Channel settings for SellerCloud integration are currently limited to the default settings. These are:

How listings are synced

  • Listings will be linked by SKU.

How products are synced

  • Entire product catalogue will be synced during initial integration. This may take 12+ hours for large catalogues. New Products will be pulled from SellerCloud into Veeqo every hour.

  • If an order references a product that doesn’t yet exist in Veeqo, it will be created on-the-fly during order processing.

  • Updates to products on SellerCloud will not pull into Veeqo.

  • Veeqo cannot be master of price for SellerCloud.

NOTE: Package weights and dimensions on Veeqo orders are based on product dimensions and weights pulled from Sellercloud.

How stock is synced

  • Inventory control is not currently available. Veeqo will not pull or push stock levels to SellerCloud.

How orders are synced

  • Orders can be synced to Veeqo in 2 ways. New orders in a “InProcess” Sellercloud status are pulled from SellerCloud every ten minutes. Or, orders can be synced from a Sellercloud Saved View. Sellers can define the Saved View based on their preferred filters and rules. Veeqo will sync orders from the saved view as “Ready to Ship” in Veeqo.

  • Orders from FBA, or Walmart Fulfillment Service do not sync to Veeqo.

  • By default, Veeqo respects the warehouse allocation from SellerCloud (i.e., orders allocated to warehouse X in SellerCloud will be assigned to warehouse X in Veeqo).

  • Orders cancelled in Veeqo will not trigger cancellation on SellerCloud.

  • Cancelled orders in SellerCloud will be cancelled in Veeqo.

  • Once an order is refunded in SellerCloud it will be cancelled in Veeqo.

Warehouse allocation:

  • We can adjust the settings to either have Veeqo respect the allocation location from Sellercloud or all orders can be allocated to the default Veeqo warehouse. Contact Support to do this.

FAQs

  1. Can Veeqo support partial shipments/multiple shipments per order for SellerCloud?

Yes, Veeqo can push multiple tracking ranges to a single order in SellerCloud. The integration can sync multiple tracking numbers back to Sellercloud but only sends these once the Veeqo order is fully shipped. Sending the tracking data for each allocation without waiting for the order to be fully shipped is a planned improvement

  2. If I ship an order outside of Veeqo, will the order still get marked as shipped in Veeqo?

Yes, if you ship elsewhere, the shipped status will pull from SellerCloud to Veeqo. Fulfillments will sync from Sellercloud into Veeqo marking the order as shipped with “Other”. No tracking number or carrier information will sync to Veeqo.

  3. Can I use Veeqo to update my stock in SellerCloud?

No, inventory control is not currently available for SellerCloud. You can track your inventory in Veeqo manually using CSV imports.

  4. Do I need to manually create all my warehouses saved in SellerCloud on Veeqo?

No, all warehouses in SellerCloud will be automatically created as a location in Veeqo. If a new warehouse is encountered during order sync, it will be created automatically. By default, only warehouses marked as “Sellable” in Sellercloud are synced to Veeqo.
