Before You Start
Before connecting your Wix store to Veeqo, please check the following:
All your Wix products should have unique SKUs.
You'll need a valid Veeqo API key.
You'll need your Wix API credentials (API Key, Site ID and Account ID). Refer to the Wix documentation here for information on generating these credentials.
How Does the Integration Work?
Every 10 minutes, new orders will be downloaded from Wix into Veeqo.
When an order is fully shipped in Veeqo, Wix will be updated with the fulfilment details, including the fulfilment status, shipping carrier and tracking information.
Shipped status and tracking details will be updated in Wix within 10 minutes.
Every 60 minutes, Veeqo checks for new and updated products in Wix.
Inventory Control is not currently available.
NOTE: Product information is imported from Wix, however stock levels are not pulled into Veeqo. If you want to track stock in Veeqo, you'll need to import your inventory manually via CSV or from another supported sales channel.

Channel Settings
Channel settings for Wix integration are currently limited to the default settings. These are:
How listings are synced
Listings will be linked by SKU.
How products are synced
Entire product catalogue will be synced during initial integration. New Products will be pulled from Wix into Veeqo every hour.
Product information cannot be pushed from Veeqo to Wix.
How stock is synced
Inventory control is not currently available. Veeqo will not pull or push stock levels to Wix.
How orders are synced
New orders will be imported from Wix into Veeqo every 10 minutes. Orders cancelled in Wix will be cancelled in Veeqo. Once an order has been fully shipped in Veeqo, the fulfilment status and tracking information will be updated in Wix.
Deactivating Your Wix Channel
If you need to remove Wix from Veeqo, you will need to contact the Support Team.
