TikTok Overview

Use this guide to learn all about our integration with TikTok

Before You Start

Before connecting your TikTok store to Veeqo, please check the following:

  • All your TikTok products should have SKUs

  • Product SKUs should not contain fullstops (β€œ.”) or semi-colons (β€œ;”)

  • You only have one TikTok store that you wish to connect. You cannot connect multiple TikTok stores

IMPORTANT: If you are based in the UK, please contact our Support Team to get your TikTok store added to Veeqo

How does the TikTok integration work?

  • Every 10 minutes, new orders will be downloaded from TikTok to Veeqo

  • When you ship an order in Veeqo, TikTok is updated with the details. This includes the fulfilment status and tracking numbers

  • Shipped status and details will be updated on TikTok within 10 minutes

  • Every 60 minutes, Veeqo checks for new listings in TikTok to be downloaded

  • If inventory control is enabled, then stock will be pushed to TikTok every 10 minutes. To get inventory control enabled, contact support

NOTE: when you add TikTok to Veeqo, stock will not pull in from your store. If you want to track stock in Veeqo, you will need to import it manually via CSV or from another channel.

Channel Settings

Channel settings for TikTok integration are currently limited to the default settings.

These are:

How listings are synced

  • Listings will be linked by SKU

How products are synced

  • products will be pulled from TikTok into Veeqo

  • updates to products on TikTok will not pull into Veeqo

  • Veeqo cannot be master of price for TikTok

How stock is synced

  • Stock cannot be pulled from TikTok into Veeqo

How orders are synced

  • Orders cancelled in Veeqo will trigger the order to be cancelled in TikTok too

  • Orders cancelled in TikTok will not be cancelled in Veeqo
