Connecting NetSuite in Veeqo

How does the NetSuite Integration Work?

  • Every 10 minutes, new orders will be download from NetSuite to Veeqo.

  • When you ship an order in Veeqo, Amazon is updated with the details. This includes the fulfillment status and tracking numbers

  • Every 10 minutes, Veeqo checks for new listings in NetSuite to be downloaded.

  • When you ship a NetSuite order in Veeqo it will update your store within 10 minutes.

Channel Settings

Channel settings for our NetSuite integration are currently limited to the default settings. These are:

How listings are synced

  • Listings will be linked by SKU.

How products are synced

  • Entire product catalogue will be synced during initial integration. New Products will be pulled from NetSuite into Veeqo every hour.

  • Updates to products on NetSuite will not pull into Veeqo.

  • Veeqo cannot be master of price for NetSuite.

How stock is synced

  • Inventory control is not currently available. Veeqo will not pull or push stock levels to NetSuite.

How orders are synced

  • Orders cancelled in Veeqo will not trigger cancellation on NetSuite.

  • Orders cancelled in NetSuite will trigger cancellation in Veeqo.

  • Once an order is refunded in NetSuite it will be cancelled in Veeqo.
