Before You Start
If this is the first store you are connecting to Veeqo, and you did not connect your store in the setup process, we recommend connecting the store with the most complete product catalog.
If this an additional store we recommend you check and update your product SKU codes so your products can be linked in Veeqo. This will prevent any duplicate products from being created.
Connecting Rithum in Veeqo
To connect Rithum, check out this guide.
How does the Rithum Integration Work?
Each e-commerce channel connected to Rithum will be created in Veeqo. This way you will always be able to identify which channel an order has synced from. Veeqo will show the order ID from the channel, not the Rithum order ID.
Each Distribution Centre in Rithum will be created as a Location in Veeqo.
Your Rithum product catalogue will sync to Veeqo. This may take up to 12 hours during the first sync. Only the first 10k products will sync at first, the rest will be automatically created when an order containing the missing product is received.
Every 10 minutes, new orders will sync from Rithum into Veeqo if their payment status and checkout status are cleared and completed.
Orders shipped within Veeqo will sync to Rithum every 10 minutes with the shipment data and tracking details. Orders that are marked as shipped with “Other” will not sync fulfilment data back to Rithum.
IMPORTANT: Partial shipments will not sync to Rithum until all parts of the order have been shipped.

FAQs
How does order allocation work?
By default, Veeqo will respect the allocation defined in Rithum and orders will be assigned to the matching location in Veeqo. This also supports split shipments or orders assigned across multiple warehouses. If you update an allocation in Rithum, it may take 10-20 minutes to update in Veeqo.
You can override this in Veeqo by manually assigning the order to a different location, or you can ask the support team to disable the setting and then Veeqo will handle the allocation logic based on your channel settings.
Will Amazon orders be eligible for A-Z and OTDR protections if they are synced through Rithum?
Yes, if you sync Amazon orders through Rithum they will receive A-Z protections like all Amazon orders. Simply look for rates which show "Claims protected" and "OTDR protected" when shipping!
Can Veeqo send my buyers shipping confirmation emails?
By default, Veeqo will not send emails regarding order shipping confirmation. Instead, Rithum and the end channel typically handle email confirmation.
Can Veeqo dictate my listing prices through Rithum?
No, Veeqo cannot update the prices on your listings through Rithum.
Why haven't all my Delivery Method names synced to Veeqo?
Delivery Methods which have special characters in the name will not sync from Rithum. If Methods with standard characters are not syncing, contact the support team.
Why are my ship-by dates not showing in Veeqo?
Ship-by dates will only pull into Veeqo if they have first pulled into Rithum. Please go to Rithum and check if the ship-by date has populated there.
