Before You Start
All your Rithum products should have SKUs.
Product SKUs should not contain fullstops (“.”) or semi-colons (“;”).
You must be using Rithum ChannelAdvisor. We do not support Rithum OrderStream, Rithum DemandStream, or Rithum Dsco Login.
How to Connect Your Channel
Before you can connect Rithum to Veeqo, you will need to generate a Veeqo API key. Check out this guide for more information.
Once you have your API key, contact our Support Team to get Rithum added to your account.
Deactivating Your Rithum Channel
If you need to remove Rithum from Veeqo, you will need to contact the Support Team.
