The reship order functionality exists for when you need to create a new shipment for an order that was already fulfilled. You will only see this option for orders which are in the shipped status.
How to Reship an Order
When creating a reshipment, Veeqo will produce a label for the original service using the same weights, dimensions, shipping service, and shipping details. The reshipment will be identical to the original shipment.

To create a reshipment from the orders screen:
Go to the orders page and search for the order.
Click the dropdown next to "Shipped" on the right side of the table.
You will see the option "Reship". Click this.
Select the location you wish to reship from.
If there are multiple products in the original order, remove any you do not wish to reship.
Click "Next". The shipment will be created and your documents will print.

To create a reshipment from the order summary:
Click on the order to open the order summary.
Click on "Actions" under the Shipments section (not the "actions" button at the bottom of the page).
Click "Reship".
Select the location you wish to reship from.
If there are multiple products in the original order, remove any you do not wish to reship.
Click "Next". The shipment will be created and your documents will print.

How many times can I reship an order?
You can only reship an order once. If you need to reship the order again, you will need to duplicate the order or create a new order manually.
Can I reship an order that was refunded?
Yes, you can reship orders that have been refunded as long as there was an original shipment.
Will reshipping an order adjust my stock levels?
Yes. When you create a reshipment, the stock for the products in the reshipment is decreased.
Will creating a reshipment count as an order on reports?
No, reshipping an order is not considered as a new order. The number of orders in your reports will be unchanged.
Can I change the payment method for the reshipment label?
No, charges for reshipments will go to the same payment method as the original label.
Can I add more products to a reshipment?
No, the maximum number of products in a reshipment is the total products that were originally shipped.
Can I make a partial reshipment?
Yes. You can partially reship an order by removing some of the original products before confirming the reshipment.
