UK Migration Checklist

Use this guide when you are being migrated to Veeqo 2.0 in the UK!

Welcome to Veeqo Shipping 2.0! Over the next 14 days, you’ll be able to explore the new and improved shipping functionality while also accessing the pages you know and love. During this time, you need to:

1. Get Familiar with 2.0

We understand there are a lot of big changes in Veeqo. To get you started, we recommend checking out the following:

Navigate to the new shipping experience

To access the new shipping page, click on Fulfilment and select “Orders 2.0". You can still access the current page under “Orders”.

TIP: Ready to use Orders 2.0? To bookmark the page:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select “Shortcuts”.

  3. Click “Navigation bookmarks”.

  4. Add “Orders 2.0” to your bookmarked pages.

  1. Go to Orders 2.0.

  2. Click on the dropdown next to "Buy Label" to the right of one of your orders.

  3. Select "Buy Label + Print documents".

For more information, check out this guide.

Navigate the new settings pages

To make things easier, we have separated the tiles you’ll need to checkout while getting set up in Veeqo 2.0. These are:

  1. Shipping Carriers. Here you will need to reconfigure your carriers if you want to use your own carrier accounts via the Orders 2.0 page - read more on this below. For shipments created on the original orders page, you can adjust carrier settings via Shipping Carriers under “Shipping Settings”.

  2. End of Day Forms. This is where you will find your Royal Mail collection manifests for shipments created on Orders 2.0. If you create shipments on the original orders page, these will be under “Collection Manifests”.

  3. Billing and Transactions. This will direct you to your transactions page in Seller Central. Don't worry about this unless you are using Amazon rates!

  4. Rules. You can configure your rules for the orders 2.0 page here.

NOTE: Some of these tiles will have duplicates below. The duplicates apply to the orders 1.0 page and will be removed at the end of migration.

2. Reconnect Carriers

You'll need to reconnect your own carrier accounts to use them on the Orders 2.0 page. In Shipping 2.0, all rates are powered through Buy Shipping, even when you've connected your own carriers! This means that any rate purchased for an Amazon order through Veeqo is eligible for A-Z protection, as long as the other eligibility criteria are met. For more information, check out this guide.

IMPORTANT: Veeqo Shipping 2.0 supports carrier syncing with Amazon. If you have your carrier accounts saved in Seller Central they will pull to Veeqo for you to authorise. Similarly, any carriers you add in Veeqo will be pushed to Seller Central.

For more information, check out this guide.

To reconnect your carrier accounts:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. You will see two Settings within Settings. Click on Shipping Carriers under Shipping 2.0 setup.

  3. Work through your carriers using the specific guides below:

  4. Go to Orders 2.0 and check out the new shipping experience!

FAQs

  1. How long will I have access to both the old and new pages?

You will have access to both experiences for a minimum of 14 days. Your final migration date will be communicated to you via email.

  2. I haven't reconnected my carriers yet, but I still see rates on the Orders 2.0 page. Why?

If you haven't connected your carriers yet, the rates you are seeing are Amazon Buy Shipping rates! You can use either your own rates or Amazon rates in Veeqo.

  3. Why don't the rates I'm seeing on the Orders 2.0 page don't match my carrier rates?

Check if you have connected your own carrier account successfully. If your carrier account is not connected, you may be seeing Amazon rates. If your own account is connected, please contact Support.

  4. Will I lose data in the migration?

No, all your orders and product data will be stored in Veeqo. You'll just need to access it via the new pages!

  5. Will I have to pay as soon as I migrate?

No, we will let you know when you will need to opt into one of our Veeqo plans. Rest assured that shipping with Veeqo will always be free, for more information in the meantime check out this guide.

  6. Do I have to use Veeqo/Amazon rates?

No, you can continue to use your own rates in Veeqo. Make sure to reconfigure your carriers before shipping to make sure you are using your own rates!

  7. What is the difference between Veeqo's rates and Amazon's rates?

Nothing - Veeqo is powered through Amazon's Buy Shipping. The rates you see in Veeqo are the same rates you can access through Seller Central.

  8. Can I use Amazon rates for non-Amazon orders?

Yes! You can use Amazon rates for all your orders through Veeqo.

  9. How do I book collections if I use Amazon rates?

You will need to book collections by contacting the carrier directly. Some carriers will require you to have an own account to book collections, even if you are using Amazon rates. Check out our carrier overview guides for more information!

Unsupported Features

Some features will no longer be supported in Veeqo Shipping 2.0. These are:

  • Multi-piece consignments. You will need to purchase a label per package for shipments containing multiple boxes.

  • Custom carriers. We are only able to support the carriers we have native integrations for. More carriers will be added to Veeqo soon!
