Veeqo's shipping report can help you see at a glance the frequency, cost and distribution of shipments by carrier.

Shipping Report

The Shipping report gives you a summary of the count and cost of labels purchased through each shipping carrier at a glance.

To find the Shipping Report, click the Reports tab on the left hand sidebar, and click Shipping Report.

Note: The report will only show carriers that have been used to ship in the date range selected with a maximum range of 12 months.

Using the Shipping Report you can:

  1. Set the time period (up to 12 Months) and see the count and cost of shipments for the period

  2. See a summary of shipments for each Buy Shipping carrier (Amazon Shipping, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as shipments marked as shipped outside Veeqo

Note: Shipments categorized as "Other" includes orders marked as shipped in Veeqo as well as Amazon FBA shipments

  3. See shipments for both Amazon and Linked account carriers

Note: the cost for linked account carriers is estimated and might differ from the final cost charged by the carrier

  4. Export a summary to CSV

Note:The Shipping report export is a brief summary, for a more detailed report please see the Transaction Report

When looking at your shipping metrics per carrier you can see:

  • Shipments: The total number of shipments generated in the selected time period. Note that an order can have more than one shipment (e.g. items that are reshipped or orders that are split between locations).

  • Cost: The total shipping charges quoted in the selected time period. Note that there may be a discrepancy between shipping quotes and actual shipping charges. Available for USPS, UPS (if you have an existing account with negotiated rates) and FedEx.

Note: It can take up to an hour for data to appear in this report.
