Connecting Your Own Royal Mail and ParcelForce Accounts - UK

Use this article to connect your Royal Mail account to Veeqo

IMPORTANT: Our Royal Mail integration is currently available for domestic shipments only. Royal Mail international services will be available in future.

Before You Start

There are two ways to connect your Royal Mail account in Veeqo. To proceed, please determine which criteria applies to your account:

  • Your Royal Mail account is added to your Amazon Seller Central and you have connected Amazon to Veeqo

  • Your Royal Mail account is not added to your Amazon Seller Central

  • You do not have an Amazon channel

1. Royal Mail is Not Connected to Amazon

Use these steps if either of the below applies to you:

  • You have an Amazon account but do not have your Royal Mail connected

  • You do not have an Amazon account

IMPORTANT: Connecting your carrier while in the migration window will prevent your workflow from being disrupted while the account re-syncs. You can still use the original Royal Mail integration on the Orders 1.0 page during this time.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select the new Shipping Carriers settings tile.

  3. Click on “+Connect Carrier Account” in the bottom right.

  4. Select Royal Mail and click Next.

  5. Enter your account details:

    1. Give your account a nickname (optional)

    2. Account number

    3. Business name registered with Royal Mail

    4. Posting Location ID

    5. Address Line 1 (of your shipping location)

    6. Address Line 2

    7. City

    8. Country

    9. Post code

    10. Phone number 1

    11. Email address

  6. Click “Request Connection”.

  7. Your Royal Mail account will now begin to sync. This can take up to 48 hours.

NOTE: If you have Amazon connected to Veeqo, your Royal Mail account will also be added in Seller Central.

2. Royal Mail is Connected to Amazon

Use these steps if:

  • You have an Amazon account with Royal Mail connected

  • You have your Amazon channel connected to Veeqo

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers 2.0.

  3. Click on “+Connect Carrier Account” in the bottom right.

  4. Your Royal Mail account will automatically have begun syncing from Amazon, all you need to do is confirm your details. Click on “Complete setup” next to Royal Mail.

  5. Map your Royal Mail account to your location in Veeqo by clicking the dropdown under "Ship from location". Your location address MUST match the address in your Royal Mail account.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Your Royal Mail account will sync from Seller Central.

IMPORTANT: If you want access to Veeqo's additional Royal Mail services, you will need to remove your Royal Mail account and re-add it using the steps below. Buy Shipping does not support these services natively.

Access Veeqo's Additional Royal Mail Services

If your Royal Mail Account is added to Seller Central, to access the additional services you'll need to complete the steps above THEN do the following:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Shipping Carriers 2.0 and select "Settings" next to Royal Mail.

  3. Click on "Unlink Account" in the bottom left and then "unlink account" again to confirm you wish to remove the account.

  4. Now, you will need to add the account. Click on "+connect carrier account" in the bottom right.

  5. Select Royal Mail and click Next.

  6. Enter your account details:

    1. Give your account a nickname (optional)

    2. Account number

    3. Business name registered with Royal Mail

    4. Posting Location ID

    5. Address Line 1 (of your shipping location)

    6. Address Line 2

    7. City

    8. Country

    9. Post code

    10. Phone number 1

    11. Email address

  7. Click “Request Connection”.

  8. Your Royal Mail account will now begin to sync. This can take up to 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: unlinking your Royal Mail account from Veeqo will also remove it from Seller Central. Royal Mail will be automatically added back to Seller Central once you reconnect it to Veeqo.

Actioning the disconnect and reconnect while in your migration window will prevent your workflow from being disrupted while the account re-syncs. You can still use the original Royal Mail integration on the Orders 1.0 page during this time.
