Use this article to connect your own UPS account to Veeqo

Before You Start

Before you can add your own account to Veeqo, make sure you have the following information for your UPS account:

  • Account number

  • 2FA enabled in UPS. You will need to generate a One Time Passcode to authorise the integration.

How to Connect Your Account

To connect your UPS account to Veeqo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click "+ Connect Carrier Account".

  4. Select UPS and click "next".

  5. Input your UPS account number.

  6. Click Connect.

  7. You will be redirected to UPS and required to input a One Time Passcode. This will be sent to an email address or phone number connected to your UPS account.

  8. Your UPS account is now connected. You should see your own rates on the orders page.

IMPORTANT: If you have your Amazon channel connected to Veeqo, adding your own carrier accounts will also add them to your Seller Central. For more information, check out this guide.

Disconnecting Your Account

To remove your UPS from Veeqo:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click "Settings" next to UPS.

  4. Click on "Unlink account" in the bottom left. You may need to scroll down to see this option.

  5. Your account will be removed from Veeqo.

IMPORTANT: If you have your Amazon channel connected to Veeqo, removing your own carrier accounts will also remove them from your Seller Central. For more information, check out this guide.
