Connecting Your Own Carrier Accounts Directly or with Seller Central (UK)

Use this guide to learn how your carrier accounts can be connected to Veeqo

Overview

If you want to use your own pre-negotiated rates, you can connect your carrier accounts to Veeqo.

IMPORTANT: Connecting your own carriers to Veeqo will mean you no longer see Veeqo rates for your orders.

Which Carrier Accounts You Can Connect

How to Connect Your Own Carriers

When adding your own carrier accounts to Veeqo, you have two options:

  • Add your carriers to Veeqo directly.

  • Add your carriers to Seller Central.

Veeqo supports a two-way sync between carrier accounts in Veeqo and Seller Central. If you add your carriers to Veeqo, we will push these accounts to Seller Central too. Similarly, if your carrier accounts are already added in Seller Central, we will pull them into Veeqo. You will still need to authorise the connection, but it's much quicker than adding them directly.

Removing Carrier Accounts from Veeqo

Due to the two-way carrier sync, removing a carrier account in Veeqo will also remove it from Seller Central. Similarly, removing a carrier account in Seller Central will remove it from Veeqo.

IMPORTANT: Before removing a carrier account, make sure you do not have any pending shipments or open orders that rely on that carrier. Once removed, you will no longer see rates for that carrier on the orders page.
