Connecting DPD Local

Use this guide to connect your own DPD Local account to Veeqo.

Before You Start

Before you can add your own account to Veeqo, you will need the following details from your DPD Local account:

  • Username

  • Account number

  • Password

  • VAT number

How to Connect Your Own Account

To connect your DPD Local account to Veeqo, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click "+ Connect Carrier Account".

  4. Select DPD Local and click "next". Make sure you have selected DPD Local and not DPD UK.

  5. Complete the form with your DPD Local account details:

    1. Username

    2. Account number

    3. Password

    4. VAT number

  6. Click Connect.

  7. Your DPD Local account is now connected. You should see your own rates on the orders page.

IMPORTANT: If you have your Amazon channel connected to Veeqo, adding your own carrier accounts will also add them to your Seller Central. For more information, check out this guide.

Disconnecting Your Account

To remove your DPD Local Account from Veeqo:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click "Settings" next to DPD Local.

  4. Click on "Unlink account" in the bottom left. You may need to scroll down to see this option.

  5. Your account will be removed from Veeqo.

IMPORTANT: If you have your Amazon channel connected to Veeqo, removing your own carrier accounts will also remove them from your Seller Central. For more information, check out this guide.
