Creating and Editing Customers in Veeqo

Use this guide to learn about adding customer details for use in wholesale and retail orders

This guide contains information on a paid plan feature. For more information on our subscription plans, check out this guide.

Customers will automatically be created when orders are pulled from your stores or you've created a new order in Veeqo. Once a customer has been saved in Veeqo, you can search for them when creating new orders manually and pre-fill all their details if they place more orders with you.

Unlike with retail orders, if you are creating wholesale orders in Veeqo, you will first need to have created the customer. This guide focuses on wholesale customers, but information on retail customers is included at the end of the guide.

Before You Start

Before you create wholesale customers in Veeqo:

  • Create your price-lists. These can be assigned to customers to ensure each wholesale customer gets the correct pricing on their invoices.
