Overview
You can have an unlimited number of different prices per product by setting up price lists. Setting up a price list will allow you to easily apply your different pricing for your products to a customer. You can give these a unique name (i.e. Wholesale). These price lists will not push to your channels and are for manual orders only.
NOTE: Prices can only be amended by user roles with the “Edit Product Price” permission enabled. To learn more about user permissions, see this guide.

Create a new price list
Select Warehouse from the top navigation bar.
Click on Price Lists.
Click + NEW PRICE LIST button.
Give your price list a name (such as Trade or Wholesale).
Click save.
Setting the product prices on your price lists manually in Veeqo
To set up price lists for manual order in Veeqo, follow these steps:
Go to the inventory page.
Search for the product you would like to change the price for.
Click into the product and find the prices card.
Click edit. You will see your prices pop up.
Go to the Veeqo price lists tab.
Here you can edit the product price for each of your Veeqo price lists (these should have been created in Veeqo already).
Click save changes to confirm the prices you have set.
Change the prices on your price lists in bulk via CSV
In order to change the product prices in your price list in bulk, follow these steps:
NOTE: We would recommend splitting entries if you have more than 1000 products in your CSV file.
Go to Warehouse in the top navigation bar.
Select Price Lists.
Click “Export” next to the list you want to edit. This triggers a CSV download.
Open the file. You should see a list of all of your products and their information.
Scroll to the right-hand side and here you will be able to set your pricing for your chosen price list.
Once done, click the IMPORT button, upload the CSV file you just updated and wait for Veeqo to update your products.
