Veeqo will sync orders from your stores every 10 minutes. If something's gone wrong when Veeqo is trying to sync from your stores, this could be down to following issues:

  • MOST COMMON One of the listing's in the order hasn't been linked to a Veeqo product.
  • One of the products in the order are now deleted on the store.
  • One of the products in the order don't exist as a listing in Veeqo at all.
  • The order has no products.

To fix this so that your missing orders will sync with Veeqo, we suggest you check and edit the order / listing for any of these issues. Alternatively, you can ship the order on your store.

Missing historic orders

If Sync My Historic Orders? is turned off in the store's settings page - Orders that are Completed, Canceled, Refunded status will not be synced with Veeqo.

Amazon Orders

  • Check if the order is an FBA order - If you haven't got your FBA store enabled in the store settings, those orders won't be synced.
  • Check if Sync My Pending Orders option is turned off - If this option is turned off in the store settings, then the pending orders won't be synced. When turned on, the orders will show in Waiting For Payment / Ready To Ship depending on their status.

eBay Orders

  • Orders that are waiting for payment won't be synced.

 When we pull orders from your store and we come across errors, we'll notify you with a notification similar to the following message: 

We could not pull orders [39393, 44] from channel eBay US because of issues with them, please check and ship the order on your store

This happens when we've attempted to pull the order but we've encountered errors during this process, making it unavailable to import into Veeqo. This will be due to either of the following errors:

  • The order has no products
  • One of the products in the order are now deleted on the store
  • One of the products in the order don't exist as a listing in Veeqo at all

To fix this, we would recommend amending the order to rectify these issues or simply shipping the order on your store.

Shopify Orders

  • Check if the order is in draft mode - Orders will only be synced if they've been created.
  • Check if Sync My Pending Orders option is turned off - If this option is turned off in the store settings, then the pending orders won't be synced. When turned on, the orders will show in Waiting For Payment / Ready To Ship depending on their status.
  • Shopify orders are being auto-archived upon fulfillment, disable this option on Shopify and un-archive order: https://help.shopify.com/manua...
  • Plug-ins create additional line items that have not a matching product in Veeqo

Magento Orders

  • Check the order status on the Magento store - Currently Veeqo will only sync orders if they are in the Processing status.
  • Plug-ins create additional line items that have not a matching product in Veeqo

WooCommerce Orders

  • Check the order status on the WooCommerce store - Currently Veeqo will only sync orders if they are in the Processing status.
  • Plug-ins create additional line items that have not a matching product in Veeqo
