Automated Printing When Purchasing a Label
You can choose what documents you'd like Veeqo to print whenever you purchase a label. If you have DirectPrint set up, these will be sent straight to your printer. If not, they will open as a PDF.
To set your default printing templates:
Go to the orders page.
Select the dropdown next to "Buy label" on the right side.
Click "Buy label + Print documents".
Select the documents you would like Veeqo to print at the time of shipping. If you are printing a label (not as part of an integrated document) then you can also select the format you want to use.
Click "Buy + Print" to print your documents.
This will become the default for all future shipments.
Manually Printing
To manually print documents for your orders
Go to Orders.
Select the tickbox to the left of the orders you want to print.
Select "Actions" at the top left of the page.
Click "Print".
Choose one or more documents to print from the options:
Click the "Print" button. Your documents will now print.
NOTE: If you are printing a shipping label or return label, you must have purchased a label beforehand to print this way. If you get an error, it is likely no label has been purchased.
FAQ
Q. I'm getting the following error message; There was an error in generating the file. Please try printing these documents again. How do I fix this?
A. Make sure you have closed all PDF tabs from previous print jobs and try again. Open PDF tabs can cause the print to time out.
