In Veeqo you can make changes to your templates depending on the needs of your business. This guide will tell you what options are available for your invoice templates.
To edit your invoices:
Go to Settings.
Select Printing Documents.
Click on Invoice.
Preview
You will have a preview of the template on the right hand side of the screen to show the layout of the template. If you click on the preview it will enlarge.
NOTE: This does not update with the changes you make. The editable fields will be highlighted in purple. To see your changes you will need to print a test.

1. Logo
To add a logo to your template you need to toggle on the option displayed below:
2. Email
To choose an email to display on your templates follow these steps:
Toggle on the option as shown below to display an email address on your templates.
Choose between your store email address previously entered in Veeqo, your Company Brand email or a custom email address for this template.
If you choose your store email address this will be pulled into your templates from your channel settings.
Your Company Brand email will apply the email address that is entered for the brand associated to the store.
To enter a custom email address for your templates check the Other option displayed below and enter the custom email address in the box provided.
3. Billing address
To add your customers billing address to your invoice, toggle on the option "billing address". This will display the billing address from the order on your invoice.

The invoice table is where product details, quantity, and costs show. You can customise the information that shows on the invoice table.
1. Bundles
Use the radio buttons to decide how you want your bundles to be displayed on your invoice. You can choose to show the bundle title OR the bundle title with a breakdown of the contents in that bundle.
2. Product Images
You can choose to add product images to your invoice. If you want product images to show, then turn the toggle on.
3. Item Notes
When the Item Notes option is toggled on we will add a notes section under your products and print any line item notes which were added to the order.
NOTE: If there are no line item notes for a product, then you will not see the "notes" section for the product

1. Customer notes
If the Customer Notes toggle is turned on, any customer notes you add to an order will be printed on the invoice.
