In Veeqo you can make changes to your templates depending on the needs of your business. This guide will tell you what options are available for Packing Slip templates.
In this guide:
Size and style
In the Size and style section you can choose the size of your Packing Slip from the drop down list. The available options are:
Letter 8.5 by 11 in
Note! More size options will follow
Logo
To add a logo to your template you need to toggle on the option displayed below
The logo on your templates is pulled from the logo in your General Settings. To add this follow these steps:
Go to Settings > General
Click CHOOSE FILE under the Company Logo section as displayed below
3. Select an image file to set as your company logo in Veeqo.
4. Once it is added to your account the logo will appear between the dimensions and CHOOSE FILE button. This image will now be pulled on to your templates when you print.
Document upper section
To choose an email to display on your templates follow these steps:
Toggle on the option as shown below to display an email address on your templates.
2. Choose between your store email address previously entered in Veeqo or a custom email address for this template.
If you choose your store email address this will be pulled into your templates from your store Settings.
To enter a custom email address for your templates check the Other option displayed below and enter the custom email address in the box provided.
Billing address
To add your customers billing address to your invoice, toggle on the option displayed below. This will display the billing address from the order on your invoice.
Payment method
To add your customer's payment method used to pay, toggle on the Payment Method setting displayed below . This could be the last 4 digits of the credit card, cash, or other payment types you have set up.
Warehouse
If the Warehouse setting toggle is turned on (as displayed below) we will add the name of the dispatch location the order originated from on your packing slip
Shipping method
If the Shipping Method toggle is turned on (as displayed below) we will add the delivery method selected for the order on your packing slip
Picked by and quality checked by
If the “Pick by” & “Quality check by” toggle is turned on (as displayed below) we can add two rows to your packing slip to allow your employees to sign and confirm the order has been picked up and they completed the appropriate quality checks.
Table Content
If the Customer Notes toggle is turned on (as displayed below) you can choose to add customer notes to your packing slip.
Document lower section
If the Additional Information toggle turned on (as displayed below) you will be able to display additional information on your packing slip. To do this follow these steps:
Toggle on the option to add additional information
You can now add a title for the additional information you would like to add (e.g return address)
Preview
You will have a preview of the template on the right hand side of the screen to show the layout of the template. If you click on the preview it will enlarge
Note! This does not update with the changes you make. The editable fields will be highlighted in purple. To see your changes you will need to print a test
