Creating a New Product
Go to the product page in Veeqo
Click +New Product at the top right of the page
3. Fill in your product details. The details you can add to your product are:
Name, SKU and the retail price excluding tax. (required fields)
Stock quantity's for each of your stock locations
Brand name
Barcode (EAN, UPC)
Origin country (where the product comes from)
Estimated delivery time (how many days it will take to ship the product)
Dimensions and weight of the product (these are recommended so your product is ready to ship)
Pricing (cost price, tax rate percentage and the retail price including tax)
Minimum stock level (when the stock reaches this level, it should be reordered) and reorder quantity (how much should be reordered when it reaches the minimum stock level)
Sub-location for each of your stock locations
4. If you are creating a product with variants, Click Add More Variants to add your variant options in section two.
A table will now show asking for the individual details for each variant. This includes:
Variant name
SKU
Cost
Retail price excluding tax
Tax rate percentage
Retail price including tax
Barcode
Minimum stock level
Reorder level
5. When you're happy with your new product click Create Product to save.
Editing your Product Details
Go to the products page in Veeqo
2. Search the product you would like to edit in the search bar
3. Click on the product
To add variant details:
Click the edit button next to “Variant details”
2. You can update the following product details from this page:
Variant options
Title
SKU
Barcode
Brand
Cost price
Description
Notes
3. Click save changes at the bottom right of the page
To add Shipping details:
Click the Edit button next to shipping
2. You can update the following from this page:
Product weight and dimensions
Country of origin
HS/ Tariff code
Days to ship/ estimated delivery
3. Click Save changes
Editing stock levels
Click on the dotted line under the "On hand" heading next to the location you would like to edit the stock for.
2. You will get a popup where you can either add stock to the current figure in Veeqo, set a new figure or set the stock level to infinite
3. When you have changed the figure you will be prompted to leave a reason for the change
4. When you are happy with your changes hit the tick button at the bottom of the popup
To edit your stock levels in bulk, you can update your stock levels via CSV
Editing bin locations
Click on the dotted line under the "Bin Location" heading next to the location you would like to edit.
Type your bin location in the popup provided
Click the tick to confirm your changes
