Dynamic Font Size on your Shipping Labels

Note: Dynamic font size will not increase the amount of characters displayed on the label.

You can set the font size on your label to adjust automatically and maximize space usage, adjusting based on content length and available space.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Printing Templates

  3. Choose the “Shipping Labels” template on the left

4. To turn on the option for Veeqo to automatically adjust the font size of your label, turn on the toggle under "Dynamic Font Size"

Note: This option is only available if you have custom messages turned on. We recommend this option if you are using custom messages.

Adding Custom Messages to your Labels

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Printing Templates

  3. Choose the “Shipping Labels” template on the left

4. To add a custom message to your shipping labels you need to toggle on the option, “Custom messages”, displayed below:

5. Use the dropdown menu to select what you would like to display on your label. The available options are:

  • Bin Location

  • Company Brand Name

  • Customer Notes

  • Line item Notes

  • Number of Line Items

  • Order Number

  • Package Dimensions

  • Package Name

  • Product Variant Title

  • SKU and Quantity

  • SKU

6. Click Save

Important:

  • Check the tables at the end of this guide to see how many custom messages and how many characters per message is permitted for each carrier service per region.

  • Each line can contain up to 30 characters. This includes the SKU and quantity. Any extra characters will be cut off.

  • We can print 3 product SKUs on your Fedex, UPS and USPS labels or 1 product SKU on DHL labels.

  • Custom messages are available only for labels purchased with Veeqo’s Fedex, UPS, and USPS integrations for the below services
