It is important to review and merge any duplicates products in Veeqo before you make Veeqo the master of stock for your stores to allow us to keep accurate stock levels across your listings.
☑ Close old orders
It is important to close old/ historic orders in Veeqo before making Veeqo the master of stock. If you have historic orders that have been shipped/ closed on your store but they are open in Veeqo they need to be closed before you make Veeqo the master of stock to avoid committing stock to old orders.
You can either import accurate stock levels into your stores and Veeqo to ensure your stock figures match before making Veeqo the master of stock for your stores OR after you make Veeqo the master of stock for your stores you should import accurate stock levels into Veeqo so we can push those levels out to all of your stores.
We will not automatically push all stock levels when this setting is turned on. We will only push stock levels when a stock push is triggered in Veeqo.
Note: By default, when we push a stock level of 0 to your store, your store will stop orders for that listing. If you would like to enable back orders for your store, you will need to enable this on your store’s settings
(optional and only relevant for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento stores)
