Before You Start
NOTE: You will need a Professional Seller Plan on Amazon Seller Central to use an Amazon store on Veeqo.
If this is the first store you are connecting to Veeqo, and you did not connect your store in the setup process, we recommend connecting the store with the most complete product catalog.
If this an additional store we recommend you check and update your product SKU codes so your products can be linked in Veeqo. This will prevent any duplicate products from being created. Find out more here.
IMPORTANT: Due to the way the Amazon-Veeqo integration works, please ensure that your listings were created in the correct fulfilment status (i.e. FBA or FBM). Listings that were created in one status and then converted to the other may pull in with the original status. To fix this, please recreate the listing with the desired fulfilment status.
How to Connect Your Amazon Channel
Go to Settings.
Click Channels.
Select "+ Connect a Channel".
Choose Amazon.
Enter your channel name.
Choose your channel's region from the drop down.
Choose the channel's default dispatch location.
If this is your first channel you will need to authorize Veeqo for Buy Shipping.
You will be redirected to log into your Amazon account.
You can now edit your advanced settings to customise what information Veeqo imports from your channel.
Advance store syncing preferences:
Import completed orders from the store to Veeqo: Veeqo will import your historic order data.
Import pending orders to Veeqo: Orders that still need a payment (recommended).
Import order tags to Veeqo: Pull your Amazon order tags through to Veeqo (recommended).
Import product tags to Veeqo: Pull your Amazon product tags through to Veeqo.
Once you have done this it will take 30 minutes to 5 hours to pull your product catalog into Veeqo.
Once your channel has fully connected we will pull in your orders with associated products first, the rest of the data will come after that. This process can take up to 7 days.
โIMPORTANT: when you buy shipping labels through Veeqo with Veeqo's shipping rates (US only) those labels will be charged to the credit card that you entered on your Veeqo account.
Connecting additional Amazon Channels
When connecting additional channels we recommend checking:
Your product SKU codes match across your channels. If not follow this guide on how to bulk update them.
None of your SKU codes are duplicated across your products.
Head to settings.
Click Channels.
Press the "+ Connect a Channel" button.
You will then be walked through the same connecting store process where enter your weight values and Amazon channel information.
You will then be redirected to Amazon to sign in to confirm the connection.
Once you have done this it will take up to 7 days to pull all information from Amazon.
Once your channel has fully connected you will probably find some of your products have review flags on them. This means a new product has been created and could potentially be a duplicate and will require manual review.
