This article will explain how you can use the Returns Report

Filters

In the Returns Report you can filter by the following -

  • Location (Where the item item is returning/returned too)

  • Product Tags

  • Product Brand

  • Return Status

  • Return Reason

  • Return Paid (Whether or not the item was paid by the customer before returning the item)

  • Customer Type (Wholesale or Retail Customer)

Available Data

You can change the Return Report view to show one of the following options:

  • Amount (How much money is returning to the customer)

  • Quantity (Breakdown to show how many products is returning/returned)

  • Line Items Quantity (Breakdown of which products are returning/returned)

  • % Of Orders (Percentage of orders getting returned)

Filter By Options

At the top of the page, you can also filter by the following:

  • Return Status

  • Return Reason

  • Product Tags

  • Sales Channels (This will list the sales channels where the return was made from)

  • Customers (This will show the names of customers that are having/had the return processed)

  • Products (This will show the names of the products that are returning/returned)


Changing Dates and View By Section

At the top of the page you can also change the dates to show previous returns and can view by Day, Week and Month.

Note: If you want to see a return made today, change the date to ‘Today’

Create and Edit Views

You can save views with different filters, to start with you will have a ‘Default’ view which you cannot edit however you can edit/delete custom views. To create a new view, click the + on the left of your views.


Export Returns Data via CSV

You can export the returns data into a CSV by pressing the Export button.

Note: Once you have created your return request the returns report will update near real time.
