Troubleshoot unable to create a manual order

Please follow this guide if the screen keeps buffering when creating a manual order

After you press ‘Create Order’ you may experience a long buffering screen, this means that you have not set up a direct store on your account.

You first need to create a manual order by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Marketplace & Ecommerce Integrations

  3. Select ‘New Store’

  4. The store to set up is called ‘Other’

Please follow this guide for more information on how to create a direct store.

Note: Please make sure you create a Phone or Direct store

Once you have created the store, please go back to the orders page and create a new order.
