There are many ways to pick your orders in Veeqo. Check out the digital picking overview to view the many alternatives.
The Standard Digital Picking in Veeqo gives you the ability to pick your orders in Mobile or on the Webapp.
The Standard Digital Picking is available on Android and Veeqo Scanners.
To get started hit Pick Orders on the orders page or go to the Main Menu and hit Picking. Choose Manually select orders to pick.
By default you'll see all your Unpicked and Ready To Ship orders. Select from this list which orders you'd like to begin picking and hit Pick.
If you've got multiple locations setup in Veeqo and set a Default Location for your user the app will automatically show only orders for that location. If you need to switch between locations you can choose from the available options.
You can also apply more filters to help you prioritise which orders should be picked first.
When picking you can toggle between List or Card view by hitting the view icon.
List View's useful if you haven't setup shelf locations or your products aren't organised in your location by SKU or Title. In List View you can pick the products in your pick list in any order you like.
Card View is recommend once you've got shelf locations setup in Veeqo. Veeqo will automatically organise the products so you can pick them in the most efficient way.
If you've got barcodes setup in Veeqo you can pick by scanning them with your phones camera. Just hit the camera icon when picking to start scanning.
Alternatively you can enter the quantity picked in;
Card View by tapping the large numbers
List View by hitting the pick icon.
If you need to stop picking and do something else you can leave the pick list at any time. No other users will accidentally pick those items as they are marked as Picking In Progress.
When you go back to pick orders you'll see you have a pick list currently assigned to you. Tap this option to carry on where you left off.
