What is Easy Ship?

Easy Ship is an Amazon fulfilment program that enables a carrier, selected by Amazon, collect your order from you. When you sell items that are registered for Easy Ship, you can manage those orders directly in Veeqo – from providing package details, choosing a pickup slot, buying the label, and tracking the shipment through to delivery, all from your Orders page.

NOTE: Not all your orders have to be fulfilled with Easy Ship. Orders not eligible for Easy Ship will be labelled "Self Ship" in the Fulfilment Program column on the Orders table.

Before You Start

To use Easy Ship through Veeqo, the following should apply:

  • You are enrolled in Easy Ship - register your interest and sign up here.

  • Your pickup location is covered by the program.

  • You have selected each of the SKUs you want to fulfil with Easy Ship in Seller Central.

  • Your Amazon channel is connected to Veeqo.

  • You have one location in Veeqo .

How the Easy Ship Integration Works in Veeqo

  1. An order is placed for an Easy Ship enrolled item on Amazon.

  2. Amazon assigns the ship-from (warehouse) address and an Estimated Ship Date (ESD) to the order and the order syncs to Veeqo.

  3. You edit the package weight and dimensions in Veeqo. This can be done manually or automatically with Veeqo product details which can be pulled from Amazon via the SKU.

  4. The pickup slot will appear in Veeqo alongside the order.

  5. You purchase the Easy Ship fulfillment label; the service is selected by Amazon and does not show in Veeqo. The order is then marked as Shipped in Veeqo as normal.

  6. The order is updated with shipment and tracking details and Amazon notifies your customer.

NOTE: If you update the weight or dimensions after a pick-up slot has been pulled, Veeqo will refresh the handover method, carrier and slot, as the available options may change.

Identifying Easy Ship Orders

Veeqo makes it easy to tell Easy Ship and Self-Ship orders apart on your Orders page.

  • A Fulfillment Program column shows whether each order is Easy Ship or Self-Ship. This column is turned on by default, and you can hide it from table management if you prefer.

  • Use the Fulfillment Program filter to show only Easy Ship orders, or only Self-Ship orders.

  • Use the Ship by date filter and column to sort or filter orders by their Estimated Ship Date.

NOTE: ‘Ship by’ is the date Amazon expects you to hand the order over to the carrier. Handover your package by this date to protect your account health.

Pick-up

The carrier collects the package from your ship-from address. Veeqo shows the pickup slot start and end time.

IMPORTANT: Pickup slot times are shown in the time zone of your order’s ship-from address. For example, a West Coast location shows times in PST/PDT, and a Central location shows CST/CDT.
