Veeqo Plans Overview

Use this guide to understand Veeqo's subscription plans, what's included, and how to choose the right plan for your business.

Getting Started?

Veeqo Shipping is completely free. Paid plans are optional and give you access to advanced inventory, listing, and enterprise features.

NOTE: Visit veeqo.com/pricing-plans for full pricing details. Simply select your monthly order volume from the dropdown to see your monthly costs.

How Pricing Works

Veeqo's paid plans are priced based on the number of orders you sync into Veeqo each month. We understand that order volume varies throughout the year, so your monthly fee will adjust with your actual usage, rather than locking you into a fixed volume or price.

How to Subscribe to a Paid Plan

NOTE: You will not be automatically charged or enrolled in a paid plan. You must opt in and add a separate payment method before you can be charged.

In order to opt in to one of Veeqo's Paid Plans:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Billing & Plans.

  3. Choose the plan that suits your business.

  4. Add a dedicated payment card. The same card can be used for labels and your subscription, but must be entered in both billing sections.

  5. Confirm your subscription.

Your plan will activate immediately and you will receive the first charge on the same day. After that, you will be billed on the first of every month based on your order volume for the previous 30 days.

Cancelling a Subscription

If you need to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do this by:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Billing & Plans.

  3. Click Change Plan or Cancel Subscription.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free Shipping plan.

IMPORTANT: when your account is moved back to the free Shipping plan, you will lose access to paid features. You will still be able to access billing reports via the billing page for the period you were subscribed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find out answers to common queries about different topics around paid plans below.

I made an account before paid plans launched

Do I have to pay to keep using my Veeqo account?

No. Veeqo Shipping is completely free. Paid plans are optional for sellers who want advanced features like inventory sync, digital picking, and demand forecasting.

Will the features I use now still be free?

Veeqo Shipping will always be free. Features previously available under the Fair Usage Policy (inventory sync, digital picking, purchasing automation, and reporting) are now part of our paid plans.

Can I keep using the Fair Usage Policy?

The Fair Usage Policy, which required sellers to ship at least 50% of orders through Veeqo to unlock advanced features, is being replaced by paid plans. This gives every seller a clear, flexible pathway to access inventory features without shipping thresholds.

Most of my orders are FBA. Do I need to include those in my volume?

No. Paid plan order volume only includes seller-fulfilled volume. FBA and MCF orders are excluded.

Will I be automatically charged?

No. You must opt in and add a dedicated payment card before you can be charged.

I want to know more about billing

How does Veeqo calculate my monthly price?
Veeqo prices paid plans based on the number of orders you actively sync into Veeqo each month. Your monthly fee flexes with your actual usage, rather than locking you into a fixed annual volume.

What counts as an order?

Only seller-fulfilled orders that are synced into Veeqo during the billing month are counted toward your order volume. If an order is not synced into Veeqo, it is not included in pricing

Are Amazon FBA orders included?

No. Amazon FBA and MCF orders are excluded from your order volume for pricing. Because FBA orders are fulfilled entirely by Amazon and do not require Veeqo's order management, inventory, or fulfilment tools, they are excluded from billing. You can import unlimited FBA and MCF orders without increasing your subscription cost.

What happens in quieter months?

In lower-volume months, you'll be billed for fewer synced orders, which means your monthly cost will be lower. This approach is designed to reflect seasonal businesses and natural fluctuations in demand.

What happens during peak periods?

In higher-volume months, your monthly cost may increase accordingly. You only pay for the orders you actually use Veeqo to manage that month.

Is my pricing locked into a fixed tier?

No. Your monthly cost can move up or down depending on how many orders you sync that month. This gives you flexibility without needing to change plans or renegotiate pricing.

Other FAQs

My inventory gets pulled in from a channel, I don't use Veeqo to update stock. Do I need to use the inventory plan?

No, our free shipping plan will include pulling inventory levels from your channels. If you need to enable inventory control, and update stock in Veeqo to push to your channels, then you would need to opt in to one of our paid plans.
