As a High Volume Plan member, you are eligible for up to 6 sessions to discuss your API needs and troubleshoot any queries you have live. These sessions will be booked 1:1 with a dedicated engineer, who can assist with topics such as:
Best practices and how to get the most out of your API integrations
API setup and workflow advice
General troubleshooting and investigation into any errors you may be experiencing
NOTE: These sessions cannot be used to discuss general queries or troubleshooting regarding the Veeqo UI. They are limited to API related queries only, and you will be redirected to our Support Team for other inquiries.

Make sure you have read the relevant documentation before coming to the meeting - our docs are extensive and cover most common queries and troubleshooting steps. It's also great to be able to confirm what steps you have tried so our engineer doesn't have to ask you to repeat them.
Make notes of specific issues to discuss with the engineer. Anecdotal examples are great, but the investigation will move much more quickly if the engineer can view the specific example. Sharing an example payload and timestamps goes a long way!
Have the right people in the call. Including the person/team who will be developing with the API means you don't have to stress about sharing information later. Facilitating your tech team to discuss with our engineers is much more effective.
How to book your API consultation sessions
How to book your API consultation sessions
Booking your sessions is quick and easy - just follow the steps below!
Click on question mark icon in the top right of your screen and select "Chat with us".
You should now see a chat window in the bottom left corner.
Click on "Book an API support call with our team". You will be redirected to a booking page.
Select the date and time from the options that works for you. Calls are 30 minutes long and click next.
Provide your name and email, and a description of what you'd like to cover in the session. The more detail you share, the more the engineer can prepare and tailor resources to your needs!
Add additional guests if you'd like others to be able to dial in to the meeting online.
