Help for both signing up to Veeqo and Signing in to your account

Sign up

There are three ways you can make a Veeqo Account:

If you have an Amazon Channel:

Amazon Seamless Onboarding

  1. Go to your Orders page in Amazon Seller Central

  2. Click on the Veeqo Banner

  3. Click "Continue with Amazon"

  4. An account will be created and you are ready to get started using Veeqo!

OR

Amazon Single Sign on

Benefits of using Single Sign on

  • Quicker sign up straight from Amazon, using your Amazon credentials

  • Automatic redirection to Seller Central to connect your Amazon store with ease

  • Improved security for your account

How to Sign up to Veeqo using Amazon’s Single Sign On

When you sign up to Veeqo you will have the option to Sign up using your Amazon seller central account.

  1. Go to Veeqo.com to sign up

  2. Click Sign up in the top right corner

  3. Click Continue with Amazon and you will be redirected to sign in

  4. Sign in using your Amazon Credentials

  5. You are ready to get started with Veeqo!


OR, if you don't have an Amazon Channel:

Sign up with email

  1. Go to Veeqo.com to sign up

  2. Click Sign up in the top right corner

  3. Click Continue With Email

  4. Enter your details and click Continue With Email. You will be asked to fill in some details about your business to fully set up your account.

  5. You will then be asked to Verify your email, please consult the email inbox you've used to sign up and verify your email by clicking the verification link.

Until email verification is complete you will see a banner on your orders page prompting your to complete email confirmation.

Note:

  • You are required to confirm your email to purchase shipping labels and receive emails from Veeqo.

  • Confirmation links will expire after 7 days and will need to be re-sent by clicking the link on the Orders Page Banner.

  • When you add a new user to a Veeqo account, they will need to confirm their email via a confirmation link.

Passwords and Security Options

We take security very seriously at Veeqo. Below, you can see our password requirements and options available to make your account secure, including:

  • Two step verification

  • Setting up an authenticator app

  • Admin/owner steps to update other user's details and passwords

  • Steps to recover a forgotten password

Password Requirements

We have implemented Password requirements to help you keep your account safe.

✅ Must be at least 8 characters
✅ Must contain at least one uppercase letter
✅ Must contain at least one lowercase letter
✅ Must contain at least one number
✅ Must contain special characters

Note: If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times, your account will be locked and you will need to contact Support.

Two Step Verification

Add another layer of security to your account log-in by enabling Two-Step Verification (also known as Two-Factor Authentication). A second form of authentication can help prevent unauthorized account access if a system password has been compromised.

Note: This option is specific to users who sign in with email. If you are using Amazon’s Single Sign on option you can enable Two-Step Verification directly in the Amazon account you used to sign up

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Users

  3. Click the edit button (pen icon) next to the user you want to edit.

  4. Scroll to Two-Step Verification and click ENABLE TWO- STEP VERIFICATION


Once enabled, each login will now require the password and a single-use authentication code. Your single-use authentication code will automatically be sent to the email address used to sign in to the account, however, it is recommended to use an authenticator app to receive your single-use authentication code.

Set up your authenticator app

After enabling Two-Step Verification you will see a QR code.

  1. Log in to your chosen authenticator app

  2. Scan the QR code under Two-Step Verification in Veeqo

  3. Enter any extra details the app asks for and save

  4. The app will automatically keep your single use code up to date so it will always be ready when you need it

Updating a user’s password

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Users

  3. Click the edit button (pen icon) next to the user you want to edit.

  4. Scroll to change password

  5. Enter your new password and confirm that password. You can also enable 2-step verification here

  6. Click Update User at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes

Recover your password

If you ever forget your password to login into your Veeqo account you can create a new one by going to the following link:

https://app.veeqo.com/password_reset

You'll be asked to enter the e-mail address that you use to log into Veeqo:

Important: We recommend that you change your password every few months to make sure your account is kept safe and secure.
