Duplicate products are sometimes created when a product has multiple listings. When a product is duplicated, stock levels become inaccurate. So, finding and merging duplicates is the best way to make sure your stores are all connected and your stock is correct.
Important:
You cannot merge bundles in Veeqo.
Merging products is irreversible
If a product is in any pending actions (e.g picking batches, returns etc.) in Veeqo it cannot be merged unless it is selected as the main product. This is because the main product is the product that will remain in Veeqo after merging is complete.
Simple product merge
Go to the inventory page
Select the duplicated products you want to merge into one.
2. Click Actions
3. Choose “Merge selected products”
4. If you would like to add more duplicates to be merged, use the search bar to bring up the products you would like to merge. Click the plus icon to add to the selection or the minus to remove items from your selection.
5. Select the product you would like to use as the main product using the radio buttons below.
Note: This will be the product that remains in Veeqo after merging is complete.
6. Click merge. You will see the popup below confirming your merge when it is completed.
Review and Merge Multiple Products
Go to the inventory page
Click “Filter” and open the “Review” menu
3. Add the filter “Needs review"
4. Click the check boxes to the left of each of the products you would like to review OR click the check box on the top left of the product list to select all
5. Click actions and select “Review”
A pop-up will appear allowing you to go through each of the products you selected in turn.
If you are confident that the product has no duplicates that need to be merged

6. Click “Mark as reviewed” This will dismiss the product from the review list but you will still see the review flags on those products to go back to later.
7. Repeat this step for each product you would like to skip.

6. Find duplicates by SKU or Product name using the search bar
7. Click the plus icon to the left of the products you would like to merge
8. Choose which of the duplicate products you would like to use as the “Main product” using the radio buttons. Veeqo will use the information from this product as the merged product’s details.
9. Click “SAVE AND CONTINUE”
10. A banner will pop up to confirm that your items are ready to merge and Veeqo will move on to the next product in the ticked queue.
11. Repeat these steps for each product you would like to merge.
