Electronic pre-advice is information you provide electronically about the sender, the receiver and the goods you are sending abroad.

It includes information required for overseas customs and help overseas postal services to contact the customer in case of problems with their parcel.

Certain information as of the 1st January 2021 will be mandatory for all international shipments.

We currently provide the majority of the relevant information to Royal Mail however HS Tariff Codes will need to be added to your products in order to pass checks by Royal Mail and avoid delays
