If your Veeqo account has more than one Direct/Retail store added then each time you are creating a new manual order you have to select which store you would like to use. If you create orders for a particular store more frequently than any others you can select which store should be your default selection.

Choosing your default store: 

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Users
  • Find the user you want to edit
  • Click the pencil icon under the ACTIONS column
  • Scroll to Account Settings
  • Choose a default store from the drop down menu
  • Click Update User
  • When you now create a new order, the default store assigned to the user will show. You can still go ahead and choose another store if you prefer:
