Connecting Your Own OnTrac Account

Use this article to find out how to connect your own OnTrac account and use your rates in Veeqo

NOTE: We are rolling our our OnTrac own account integration from 3rd August 2026. Watch this space over the next couple of weeks to be able to add your own OnTrac account!

Before You Start

Make sure you have the following details from OnTrac before you start:

  • An active OnTrac account

  • OnTrac V3 API credentials (if you do not have these, please contact your account rep at OnTrac).

  • Your account API Key

  • Your account API ID

  • Your customer branch code

  • The full details of your pickup location

How to Connect Your OnTrac Account to Veeqo

To connect your own USPS account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Shipping Carriers.

  3. Select “+ Connect Carrier Account” at the bottom of the page.

  4. Choose the OnTrac tile.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Give your OnTrac account a nickname - this is what will be shown on the orders page next to rates.

  7. Select the checkbox "make this your default OnTrac account", unless you have multiple OnTrac accounts and would prefer to use another one.

  8. Enter your account information:

    1. OnTrac API ID

    2. OnTrac API Key

    3. Customer Branch Code

    4. Pickup Location Details:

      1. Pickup contact name and address instruction (if required)

      2. Address line 1

      3. Address line 2

      4. City

      5. State

      6. Zip code

      7. Country

      8. Phone number

      9. Facility code

      10. Carrier pickup location

  9. Click Connect.

Disconnecting Your Account

To disconnect your account:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click on "settings" next to OnTrac.

  4. Click on "delete account".

  5. Click on "delete account" again to confirm this should be removed from Veeqo.

NOTE: Once you have deleted the account, if you wish to re-add it you will need to do so using the original connection steps.
