Connect Royal Mail and ParcelForce

This guide applies to Sellers based in the United Kingdom only.

You can ship your orders and generate Royal Mail labels directly in Veeqo. For a detailed look into the features available check out the Royal Mail Overview article. To connect your Royal Mail OBA account and start shipping your orders in Veeqo follow the steps below. Connecting your Royal Mail account will also enable you to use ParcelForce services in Veeqo.

Note: If you do have an OBA, please log in directly to OBA (Not click and drop) before connecting Royal Mail to Veeqo. If you have not accessed your OBA account in a long period of time the account becomes dormant and you will not be able to connect a new API connection.

How to Connect Royal Mail

  1. Click on Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click on "Connect" next to Royal Mail.

  4. Click Activate.

  5. Enter your OBA account details and click Request Activation.
    ​

  6. Sit back and wait, Royal Mail will now need to approve us to access your account, this can take between 12 to 72 hours - depending on the current volume of requests Royal Mail are processing.

    Royal Mail will send the credentials to us. There is no further action for you to take at this time, we will inform you once this information has been received and processed.

IMPORTANT: To use Royal Mail services, you will need to request tracking ranges of services. Veeqo support will reach out to you when your account is connected to ask which services you use, so that these ranges can be requested for you. These can take up to an additional week from request to be returned.

After Your Account is Integrated

Once your Royal Mail account is successfully added to Veeqo, Veeqo will start to pull through your services which can take a few hours. Once they have pulled in, you will need to send us the service codes of any tracked services you would like to use in Veeqo.

To find the service codes:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Shipping Carriers.

  3. Click 'Settings' next to Royal Mail.

  4. Choose 'View'.

  5. Look for the services you wish to use and copy the appropriate 3-digit register code(s) e.g., CRL, TPS, TPN.

  6. Send the list of codes to Veeqo Support, along with whether you want them to be signed for or not.
