FAQs
Will refreshing the page or using the orders refresh button revert back to the default carrier?
No, once you've saved a carrier account for an order it will stay selected. Refreshing the orders page using the orders refresh button will not revert any changes you make on the orders page.
Can I make a rule to pick whichever connected account has the cheapest rate (regardless of the default)?
No, this is not possible at this time.
Can I compare my connected carrier account rates with Amazon rates?
No, currently when you connect your own carrier account(s), you are no longer able to see Amazon rates for that carrier. You can compare between your connected account rates, but not between connected account rates and Amazon rates.
