Connect your own UPS account

This guide applies to Sellers based in the United States only. For sellers in the United Kingdom, please see this guide.

Connecting your account

To connect your UPS account to Veeqo, follow these steps:

Note: You can only connect one UPS account

  1. Go to the settings COG

3. Click connect next to UPS



4. Complete the form with your UPS account details:

5. Choose the type of orders you want to use your own UPS account rates for

Note: If you choose to see your own UPS account rates for Amazon orders you will no longer see Veeqo’s UPS (including any available Amazon Buy Shipping discounts) rates for these orders

6. Click Connect

Account information

This can be found in your UPS account or on one of your invoices.

Note: Here’s an example invoice showing where you can find this information:


Personal information

This is the email address and phone number you used to register the account and your location pick-up address.

Invoice Information

You will need invoice information from the last 90 days to fill in this section. This needs to be one of your last 3 invoices.

Choose which UPS rates to use for different types of orders

  1. Go to Settings under the COG symbol

  2. Click Setting next to UPS

  3. Choose the type of orders you want to use your own UPS account rates for

    Note: If you choose to see your own UPS account rates for Amazon orders you will no longer see Veeqo’s UPS (including any available Amazon Buy Shipping discounts) rates for these orders.

  4. Click Save changes

Disconnecting a UPS account

  1. Go to Settings under the COG symbol

  2. Click Settings next to UPS

  3. Click Disconnect account.

  4. Click Disconnect account again to confirm that this account will be removed from Veeqo
