Protections and Claims Overview
Updated over a week ago

As an Amazon seller, dealing with customer claims can be a complex and daunting task. Understanding the intricacies of A-to-z and SAFE-T claims is crucial to protecting your business and maintaining a healthy seller account. Here’s how Veeqo can help you protect your account health and manage these claims.

Claims Protected Badge

At Veeqo, we understand the importance of safeguarding your business from unnecessary A-to-Z claims and their impact on your Order Defect Rate (ODR).

When buying your shipping label, look for the Claims Protected badge.

What are the protections?

When you see a Claims Protected Badge, the shipping service is eligible for “Package didn’t arrive” A-to-z and SAFE-T claims protections.

You can find comprehensive information on the two protections on Seller Central:

Late Delivery Risk

When an order is shown as a Late Delivery Risk, it means Amazon does not have a high level of confidence that this service will meet its delivery promise on time. This means the shipping label is ineligible for the protections listed above.
