On time delivery rate (OTDR) Protected labels in Veeqo

Under the recent policy updates announced on 25th July 2024 and going into effect on September 25th, sellers must maintain a 90% or higher On-time delivery rate (OTDR) on orders through Amazon.com (US Marketplace) without promise extensions for their seller-fulfilled orders.

Promise extensions are additional days Amazon may add to the original delivery date to account for factors like weather, transportation issues, or a seller's history of late deliveries.

Your OTDR will not be impacted by late deliveries for an order if:

  1. The order delivered late was assigned to a Shipping Template with Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) enabled*.

  2. Your account has Automated Handling Time (AHT) enabled

  3. You purchased an “OTDR Protected” shipping label on Veeqo to fulfill this order.

This is indicated by our OTDR Protected or Late Delivery Risk badges, to help you know what labels come with what protections.

*Some ship methods may be exempted, please consult Seller Central for more information.

For Claims Protected Badge information, please see Protections and Claims Overview.

Important: Free Economy, Seller Fulfilled Prime and Premium Shipping Orders are not eligible for OTDR Protection

Labels with a Late Delivery Risk

When an order is shown as a Late Delivery Risk, it means Amazon does not have a high level of confidence that this service will meet its promised delivery date and is not guaranteed to protect your OTDR metric.
