Editing Variants
Once you have created a product with variants in Veeqo you will be given the option to edit those variants. Please follow these steps to edit a variant:
Go to the Products Page
Select a product with variants
On the right hand side there will be a section called ‘Product Details’. In this section press the ‘Edit’ button
On the editing screen you can edit the following information:
Title
SKU
Barcode
Brand
Cost Price
Description (If you add a description to one variant of a product it will be added to all variants)
Notes (If you add a notes to one variant of a product it will be added to all variants)
Variant Images
On this screen you can set the variant's image
You can either:
Upload an new image with the Upload Image button
Click and drag an image already in the product family as the primary image, the first image in the order is the primary image for this variant
Note: You can also drag and re-order images that have been assigned to the variant
3. Once you're happy with the images and their order, click Done to return to the Product Variant Editing screen.
Once you have edited your product you can press the ‘Save changes’ button located at the top on the right hand side of the page or the bottom of the page.
Changing Variants to Edit
You can change the variant you would like to edit by following the steps below:
Go to the Inventory Page
Select a product with Variants
Underneath the product title there will be a dropdown list for you to select which variant you would like to view
Once you have selected the variant you would like to edit, press the ‘Edit’ button next inside the Variant details section
Editing Shipping Information
If you are looking to edit the shipping information of the product such as the Dimensions, Weight, Country of origin and HS code, this is located in a different section. Please see the following steps:
Go to the Inventory Page
Select a product with Variants
Scroll down, on the right hand side of the page there will be a section called ‘Shipping’, in this section press the ‘Edit’ Button;
In the shipping section you can edit the following information:
Dimensions
Weight (In Pounds and Ounces)
Country of Origin
HS (Harmonized System) Code
Days to ship (Estimated Delivery - For Amazon orders only)
Once you have made the changes, press the ‘Save changes’ button on the bottom right hand side of the section.
Note: You cannot make any edits to the parent product, only the variants attached to the parent product
