1. Pick your order via your preferred method (paper or digital)

2. At the packing stage on the orders page, click on the order you're about to ship

3. Click into the line item note field
​

4. Type in the serial number OR scan it via a standard USB Scanner if your serial numbers are barcoded
​

5. Click on SHIP and ship the order as normal

The serial number is now searchable on your orders page and will also be exported via CSV.
