When will I be migrated?
2026 is the year – we'll be moving you across to our exciting new product! We know that change can be daunting, but rest assured we will be walking you through each step to help make your transition smooth and seamless. You’ll also receive 14 days advance notice, giving you ample time to get used to the new experience. With cheaper rates, live rate shopping, and UI optimised for faster shipping, get ready to take your business to the next level!
Can I opt out of migrating? I don’t want to move to the new product, how long can I stay on my current product?
This upgrade represents a major leap forward for Veeqo and everyone who uses our software! We're migrating all users to ensure everyone can take advantage of the powerful new capabilities, faster performance, and our full team's innovation focused on one exceptional product. You'll receive advance notice of your migration date along with clear, step-by-step guidance designed to make your transition seamless and straightforward.
Can I request to be migrated as late as possible?.
As you can imagine, migrating all 10,000+ Veeqo users in the UK is no easy task! Our once small software is now bigger than ever and upgrading everyone has required careful planning. Accounts are being migrated in carefully planned waves based on the features you use the most, so our teams are equipped to address you and your needs throughout the process. We are asking all of our users to move over in a planned timeframe to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience, aligned to the work our tech teams are completing for the new launch.
Will I have to pay as soon as I migrate?
No, when you migrate to the new product you will have a free trial of our inventory plan. You will be contacted with full information on what features are part of paid plans and how much it costs closer to the time.
Will I have to start paying before I migrate?
No, you will not be required to pay anything before migrating! Even after migration, we are committed to keeping our core shipping functionality accessible to everyone, and so Veeqo Shipping 2.0 is completely free! If you're looking to supercharge your operations with our additional features, you'll have the option to choose from several low-cost subscription plans that are tailored to your business needs.
Will the features I use now still be free?
Veeqo Shipping will always be free! For additional features, you’ll have the option to choose one of our cost-effective plans, which have been carefully curated to suit your needs. What features will be paid for/what will still be free?

Can I keep using the fair usage policy and keep Veeqo free?
Right now, access to Veeqo's advanced tools is managed through our Fair Usage Policy, which requires sellers to ship at least 50% of their orders through Veeqo to unlock amazing features like inventory sync, digital picking, purchasing automation, and comprehensive reporting.
We've been listening closely to our seller feedback, and you told us this model didn't work well with business models and year-round planning, so we're making things better! We're simplifying everything by moving these powerful features into affordable, low-cost paid plans instead. This exciting change gives every seller a clear, flexible pathway to access our Inventory features without any shipping thresholds to worry about – it's all about giving you the freedom to choose what works best for your business!
What do I need to do to upgrade? How long will it take?
Veeqo is moving to a new, more powerful version, with up to 4× faster bulk shipping, a clearer Orders page, and built in A-Z protection, to name just a few of the awesome improvements coming your way! When the time comes, you will have 14 days to upgrade. We will be in touch soon with everything you need to know to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Do I have to use Veeqo rates?
The Veeqo migration means you will be able to access Amazon Buy Shipping rates for all your orders, regardless of channel. However, if you have pre-negotiated rates with your carriers, you can choose to add your own accounts to Veeqo.
Will I lose any data in the migration?
No, you will not lose data in the migration. There are a few things that will need to be re-configured, but all orders and product history will still be accessible in Veeqo.
I will be leaving Veeqo when I am migrated. Can I get any help exporting my data?
We’d be genuinely sorry to lose you! We’d love the opportunity to show you how amazing the new shipping experience is – we're confident that you’ll love the improvements that have been made based on seller feedback like yours. We encourage you to try out your free trial before making your final decision. However, if you do choose to leave, we’ll do our best to help you make the move as smooth as possible.
Most of my orders are in FBA. Do I need to include those orders in my volume when calculating my plan cost?
No, paid plan order volume only includes seller-fulfilled volume. You do not need to include your FBA or MCF orders in your order volume.
My inventory gets pulled in from a channel, I don't use Veeqo to update stock. Do I need to use the inventory plan?
No, our free shipping plan will include pulling inventory levels from your channels. If you need to enable inventory control, and update stock in Veeqo to push to your channels, then you would need to opt in to one of our paid plans.
How does Veeqo calculate my monthly price?
Veeqo prices paid plans based on the number of orders you actively sync into Veeqo each month. Your monthly fee flexes with your actual usage, rather than locking you into a fixed annual volume.What counts as an order for pricing?
Only orders that are synced into Veeqo during that billing month are counted toward your order volume.If an order is not synced into Veeqo, it is not included in pricing.Are Amazon FBA orders included?
No. Amazon FBA orders are not included in your order volume for pricing.
Because FBA orders are fulfilled entirely by Amazon and do not require Veeqo’s order management, inventory, or fulfilment tools, they are excluded from billing.What happens in quieter months?
In lower-volume months, you’ll be billed for fewer synced orders, which means your monthly cost will be lower.
This approach is designed to reflect seasonal businesses and natural fluctuations in demand.What happens during peak periods?
In higher-volume months, when you sync more orders into Veeqo, your monthly cost may increase accordingly.
You only pay for the orders you actually use Veeqo to manage that month, rather than committing to peak volume year-round.Is my pricing locked into a fixed tier?
No. Veeqo’s pricing is usage-based within your plan, so your monthly cost can move up or down depending on how many orders you sync that month.
